Alfred was launched in Iceland in 2013 and has since expanded successfully to several other countries. The app is named after Alfred Pennyworth, the efficient and loyal butler from Batman — and in this spirit, Alfred certainly lives up to his name.

From the beginning, people have used Alfred to monitor the job market for them and can therefore find exciting job opportunities by their preferred categories and regions. Users get a notification from Alfred as soon as an exciting job opportunity is available.
